I, Erick Novaes, after years of dedication working in the field of painting, specializing more and more in everyday life, decided to put out one of the things I love doing most which is painting or better yet, transforming homes! There is nothing more rewarding than a smile on the face of a client who is extremely satisfied with work delivered with quality. This has always been my challenge, to improve more every day. Taking courses and dedicating myself to learning more to cover the entire area of painting, from interior to exterior! Through this, in the company where I worked, I was promoted to the position of Supervisor and began to share my knowledge by training people, including men and women, who were very dedicated and embraced my idea of always delivering exceptional work. This whole process brought me a lot of pride and motivated me to finally dedicate myself and embrace this desire to grow more. That’s when I decided to create EN Premier Services, a company that will always value quality and responsibility, as well as my work essence.
